Service Brain · The Brain behind Industrial Service
Every machine has its own memory.
Knows every machine. Learns from every fix.
The Service Brain is an AI for your maintenance team: it knows the manuals, the maintenance and the fault history of every one of your machines, across all brands. Ask in your own words; it answers with the source.
Why is Builder C's cylindrical grinder down?
Coolant pressure is below the limit. The same fault happened in March: the filter was clogged and was replaced.

How it works
How the Service Brain works.
The documents come from the manufacturer.
If the manufacturer is on board, they add the manual, wiring diagram, bill of materials and spare parts catalog themselves and keep them up to date.
One memory per machine.
Maintenance, faults and tickets of this one machine, for every brand in your plant.
Answers with the source.
Title and page for every answer. A person always makes the binding decision.
From finding to part.
The right part from the bill of materials, with price and availability, ordered from the manufacturer in the same case.
Every repair makes it smarter.
Cause and fix from the ticket go into the machine's memory, also for the sister machine in your other plant.

It answers with the source.
The Service Brain knows your manufacturers' documents, your maintenance and your tickets. Every answer shows where it comes from.
And it lends a hand.
Maintenance plans, work orders, documentation, shift summaries. You decide what it does on its own and what it only suggests.
Only your data.
Your Service Brain works only with your data, for your machines, in your account. What it learns from one job, it uses for your sister machine, in your other plant, at your company.
More data sources
Every additional data source makes it smarter.
From day one the Service Brain knows what's already in Transaction-Network. Then connect what your plant already knows.
