Your customers in the network

How many of your customers are already here?

We work out how many of your customers already manage their machines with us. Send us your customer list under NDA with company, postal code, city and country, ideally with your revenue class.

You get numbers back

  • How many of your customers are already in the network, with how many machines.
  • How many more plants with a matching machine base you can reach.
  • How many companies do not buy from you yet, including smaller ones your field sales team rarely visits.

You get the numbers per revenue class, each group with at least five companies. We delete your list no later than 30 days after the result. We never hand out a list of our customers.

How it works

One channel to demand. Linked to the machine.

2041Job openReport · 7:42 AMCoolant too thin1234
  1. The report.

The maintenance technician or the operator reports what they see at the machine right now: coolant too thin, grinding wheel worn, film running out.

  2. The service job.

The report becomes a job for the maintenance team, with the machine, the location and everything that goes with it.

  3. The material need.

The job lists what is needed. That is where your material appears, matched to the machine.

  4. The order from you.

The technician orders with one click, in the same case. You deliver and invoice as usual.

Your material

Consumables and operating supplies.
At the right machine.

No open search box, no anonymous reach. Your material sits where it is needed: on the maintenance job, at the machine, with the person who is ordering right now.

What fits into Material Network

  • Lubricants and coolants
  • Abrasives
  • Films and cartons
  • Other C-parts and operating supplies

Spare parts and components come from the machine's manufacturer.

  • Spare parts catalog

What is this machine made of?

The catalog belongs to the machine. Parts come from the manufacturer, at the manufacturer's price.

  • Material Network

Who supplies what is needed right now?

Material Network belongs to the job. It brings your material to where the need arises.

Terms

At most 3% on what you sell.

You pay at most 3% commission on paid orders placed through Transaction-Network, less for customers who already buy from you. On top come a one-time setup, including the connection to your ERP or SAP, and a monthly fee for access, reports and the API. We give you both amounts in a call, matched to your product range.

  • Based on success

Commission applies only to paid orders, on the net value of goods excluding freight, VAT and cash discount. Requests, clicks and quotes cost nothing.

  • Differentiated

Customers who already buy from you carry a lower rate than new ones. We record which ones in a list at the start.

  • Transparent

Every order shows up in your reports. We bill once a month, for the previous month's orders.

  • Fair

If goods are returned or a complaint is upheld, we credit the commission. You only pay for what your customer keeps.

What does it mean for your product range?

In a call we work through what Material Network brings you, with your customers and your product range.

Questions

What material suppliers ask us.

Who orders from us?

Maintenance technicians and buyers in plants that manage their machines in Transaction-Network, machines from many manufacturers in one account. They order where they report and handle a problem at the machine.

Which materials fit into Material Network?

Consumables, operating supplies and C-parts: lubricants and coolants, abrasives, films, cartons and similar. Spare parts and components always come from the machine's manufacturer; we do not offer alternatives to original parts.

How is this different from an online shop?

A shop waits until someone searches. In Material Network your material sits on the maintenance job, at the machine that needs it. We bring the customer.

Do we get a list of your customers?

No. Under NDA we match your customer list against our network and give you numbers back: how many of your customers are already here, with how many machines, and how many companies you do not supply yet.

How do our products get in?

During setup we connect your ERP or SAP. You also get an API and reports on all orders.

What does it cost?

At most 3% commission on paid orders, less for customers who already buy from you. Plus a one-time setup and a monthly fee; we give you both amounts in a call, matched to your product range.
