Software terms and conditions
The terms for using Transaction-Network: services, term and termination, fees, availability, rights of use, AI and data rooms, neutrality, liability. Part A applies to everyone, part B to manufacturers, part C to operators.
Consulting terms and conditions
For consulting, training, onboarding and one-time setup such as adapters and connecting external data sources: offer, services and work results with acceptance, confidentiality, fees, liability.
Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Our service commitments: 99.5% availability per contract year, planned maintenance with at least two weeks' notice, credits if we fall short, support with response times by priority, Standard and Enterprise levels.
Data protection
For everything we do with personal data on your behalf.
Data processing agreement (DPA)
The agreement under Art. 28 GDPR: purpose and type of data, instructions, obligations of both parties, sub-processors, return and deletion when the engagement ends.
Technical and organizational measures (TOM)
Our measures under Art. 32 GDPR, annex to the DPA: organization and training, sign-in and permissions, network and operations, encryption, logging, backups.

For companies a manufacturer invites to Transaction-Network free of charge as customers, partners or suppliers: registration, obligations, rights of use, end of use and return of data.
Freemium Terms of Use
For manufacturers an operator has invited to Transaction-Network free of charge: freemium access, rights of use, obligations, data and AI, term and termination.
