For machine builders
Your customer needs a spare part.
They order it from you.
Your customer manages all their machines in one vendor-neutral account, yours and other manufacturers'. With Transaction-Network they find your parts and documents there, order from you at your price, and your service is part of every case.
Sell your parts.Serve your customers.Know your installed base.
The problem
Your service grows faster than your organization.
Your portal is one of many.
Your customer runs machines from many manufacturers, with a separate portal for each. Your offer only reaches them when they go looking for it.
Spare parts go elsewhere.
Without a direct link to the machine, your customer orders wherever they find the part first. Not always from you.
Your team is stuck on the phone.
Recurring requests are handled by hand, knowledge sits with a few people, and skilled staff are scarce.
When a machine stops at your customer's site
Three steps from downtime to an order with you.
They find the answer themselves.
Record, parts list and documents of your machine are in their account; the Service Brain answers from your documents. Fewer calls to your team.
Your service is part of the case.
What they can't solve reaches you directly as a request, with the machine and its history.
They order from you.
The original part at your price, straight from the machine record.
Take a look
Your customer finds the part and orders it from you.
Three views from a customer account, just as your customer sees them.

What you get
More revenue from your installed base. Less load on your team.
More spare parts revenue.
Your customer orders the original part from you, straight from the machine record. Spare parts earn around 50% gross margin, new machines 15 to 25% (BCG, 2025).
Fewer calls.
Your customer finds documents, parts and the status of their service case on their own. Your team handles the cases that need an expert.
Your installed base in view.
Every machine at every customer, with its record, parts list and software version. That also lays the groundwork for the Cyber Resilience Act.

Customer voice
“With Transaction-Network we combine 24/7 access to all equipment information with an online shop, ticketing, a spare parts catalog and IIoT scenarios. Our customers are well looked after at all times, and we take our customer care to a new level. What matters is this: it only works with an open ecosystem. Only then can the service of tomorrow be designed across manufacturers, automated and end to end.”

Service Brain
AI that answers from your documents. With the source.
Your customer and your service team ask in their own words. The Service Brain answers from your manuals, catalogs and bills of materials and from the machine's history, shows the source and suggests the right part from your shop.
Your documents are the source.
Manuals, wiring diagrams, bills of materials and spare parts catalogs that you add once. You decide which ones it may use.
One memory per delivered machine.
Bill of materials, software version, maintenance and faults of this machine at your customer's site.
Answers with the source.
Title and page for every answer, for your customer and your service team.
From finding to part in your shop.
The right part from the bill of materials, at your price, ordered from you.
Every service case makes it smarter.
Cause and fix go into the machine's memory, for your team next time.
Fewer calls to your team, and your knowledge stays with the machine.
Billed per machine as a module, not per user, with no credits that run out.
It answers only from what is in your documents and the machine record. A person always makes the binding decision.
Why has the machine stopped?
The coolant pressure is below the limit. In March it was the same fault: the filter was clogged and was replaced.

Which machines
are affected?
A vulnerability is reported. Since September 11, 2026 the reporting obligation applies, also to machines that have long been at the customer's site; from December 11, 2027 all obligations apply to new machines. Transaction-Network connects your installed base with parts lists, components and software versions. So you know which machines are affected and which customers you need to inform.

“Our staff got on with the new system from day one, even without training. We could start working right away and cut onboarding costs at the same time. The team noticed it too: people quickly felt confident and went to work motivated.”

Questions
What machine builders ask us.
We already have a customer portal. Why Transaction-Network?
Your portal stays. Transaction-Network connects it and brings your parts and your service into the account where your customer manages all their machines, including other manufacturers'.
What happens to our prices and customers?
They stay yours. Your customer orders from you, at your price, and the contract stays between you and your customer.
What should I look for when choosing an after-sales solution?
Clean machine data, the benefit for your customer, asset management, shop and service working together, open standards and a partner with experience in machine building. And whether the software covers only your company or everyone who works on the machine.
How do I scale my service without adding staff?
By answering recurring requests where they come up. Your customer finds documents, spare parts and the status of their service case on their own, in the account where they manage all their machines. Your team takes care of the cases that need an expert.
How does our data get in?
Via CSV, Excel or API; images and 3D through a media folder. We connect your ERP with an adapter.
Who owns the data?
You do. Data and knowledge created in your account belong to you. Transaction-Network is the software provider.
What does it cost?
If a customer invited you, getting started is free: nothing for up to three customers, as long as you add the data yourself. Beyond that you pay a base fee of €2,000 per month and the modules you choose, per registered machine, for example Asset Management at €3.00. We work out what that means for your installed base with you in a demo.
What do I need as a machine builder for a customer portal with a parts shop, service requests and machine records?
No additional portal of your own: your customer manages all their machines in one account, and you are in it with your modules. E-Commerce brings your parts shop to the machine, Service Requests your service requests and Asset Management the record with the bill of materials for each machine. We connect an existing portal.
Why don't customers use the manufacturer's service portal?
Because a plant has machines from many manufacturers and would get a separate portal for each. Nobody maintains a dozen logins, so people pick up the phone. Customers use service where they manage all their machines; that is why we bring your parts and your service into that one account.
How do I earn recurring revenue as a machine builder from service and spare parts across the installed base?
By having your customer order original parts directly from their machine's record, from you and at your price, with your service part of every case. Spare parts earn around 50% gross margin, new machines 15 to 25% (BCG, 2025). On top come digital services such as maintenance, Service Brain and live machine data that you offer your customers.
How do we connect our customer portal to SAP, with prices, availability and ordering?
Through a ready-made SAP adapter for SAP ECC and S/4. It uses SAP standards such as IDocs and function modules: list and customer prices and availability come from SAP, and orders go back to it. Your ERP processes stay as they are.
