Gerd Bart looks back on 25 years of experience in e-commerce, sales, service and marketing in the retail and mechanical engineering industries. Today, he focuses on how technology can be used to increase the added value of companies. Above all, how processes can be digitally interlocked on platforms and software can be used as a finished service. But also how artificial intelligence and IoT support this. Based on his mechanical engineering expertise, he founded the company with its platform Transaction-Network.

Markus Jäckle
Chief Operating Officer

Markus Jäckle studied at the HTWG Konstanz. Following this, he successfully accompanied numerous customers on their way to digitization. Markus Jäckle has extensive know-how, especially in the areas of customer portals and after-sales service with SAP. Today, he looks back on more than 20 years of expertise and has been committed to Transaction-Network as Chief Operating Officer since 2021. He is driven by the desire to increase the added value of companies and to find useful applications for state-of-the-art technology.

Matthias Maier
Chief Technology Officer

As Chief Technology Officer, Matthias Maier is responsible for the technology behind Transaction-Network. As an expert in software architecture, he has supported many customers in the design and implementation of B2B customer portals over the past 12 years. He looks back on a variety of exciting projects. His expertise in the areas of after-sales service and e-commerce is particularly noteworthy. His aim is to make state-of-the-art technology available to everyone and to drive forward standards for Industry 4.0.

Linda Grambau
Sales Development Manager

Linda Grambau studied at Aalen University of Applied Sciences, among other places, and completed her master’s degree there. This was followed by positions in international sales and sales development. Linda Grambau has been involved with Transaction-Network since 2021. In doing so, she has an open ear for the challenges of our customers and also finds the perfect, individual solution in the product environment.

Stefan Riemensperger
Chief Financial Officer

Today, Stefan Riemensperger looks back on an expertise of more than 15 years in the field of Finance & Controlling. In his professional commitment, he always starts from the thought that hardly anything can be so good that it cannot be made a little better, faster, more efficient – in short, more intelligent – every day. Stefan Riemensperger has been committed to Transaction-Network as Chief Financial Officer since 2021. His motivation: Actively support the transition from a pure service provider to a true business partner with solution-oriented approaches.
