Experience Transaction-Network live at various trade fairs and conferences

Gottmadingen, October 30, 2022 – Transaction-Network will be present at various trade fairs and conferences in November and December to seek personal contact with those responsible in the mechanical and plant engineering sector.

“A web meeting cannot fully replace a face-to-face meeting, so we will be attending various trade fairs and congresses in the coming weeks to meet our customers and prospects in person” says Gerd Bart, Managing Director of Transaction-Network GmbH & Co.KG. He adds: “In addition, the introduction of a digital platform like the one we offer is a big step for many companies, in which we have to involve various stakeholders. In order to better understand the requirements, it is very important for us to talk to business leaders at the congresses.”

At the tekom Jahrestagung on November 08-11, 2022, Transaction-Network will be represented together with its partner gds to present the added value of the cooperation. As part of this, the easybrowse content delivery solution from gds will be connected to the Transaction-Network customer platform as an add-on. This makes it possible to provide users with contextually relevant information in the right place at the right time. This means that, for example, in the event of an error message, not only is the location of the problem indicated, but a description is also provided of how to remove and install an affected component.

At the same time the the KVD Service Kongress will take place on November 9-10, and Transaction-Network will of course be there as a sponsoring partner. “Current trends and topics relating to service will be addressed and discussed. Here we would like to contribute our expertise and enter into conversation with service managers,” emphasizes Gerd Bart.

Formnext is the international meeting point for additive manufacturing and industrial 3D printing and will take place from November 15 to 18 in Frankfurt am Main. Here, Transaction-Network, together with customer Schubert Additive Solution GmbH, will demonstrate how the 3D printing option has been integrated into the webshop, thus providing a holistic ordering process for the user.

To round off the year, Gerd Bart will be giving a presentation on the topic of “More revenue and greater efficiency through digital services – is it all a pipe dream or reality” at the Service Management Strategy Summit on December 07 and 08, 2022 in Berlin. In addition, there will be a lively exchange with managers from after-sales and customer service on current topics such as new business models in service, aftermarket & spare parts business, smart services, customer service and self-service portals.

“At all events, we provide information about the added value of a smart digital platform and how integrative and networked after-sales processes bring better customer loyalty and noticeably more sales to the mechanical engineering sector,” says Gerd Bart and looks forward to many good discussions.
